Farewell to Six Xbox Game Pass Titles

Highlights

  • Xbox Game Pass is saying goodbye to six games on April 30.
  • The departing lineup includes 7 Days to Die and Besiege.
  • After these exits, Xbox Game Pass will have lost 12 games in April 2024 but gained 17 others.

Ravenlok and five other games are set to depart from the Xbox Game Pass selection today, on April 30. This month has been unusually active in terms of games leaving the service.

Typically, the subscription removes a couple of games every two weeks. However, this month breaks that pattern with six games leaving on April 15 and an additional six departing today.

While the mid-April departures were focused on horror games, this round covers a wider array of genres. Among the departing titles are 7 Days to Die, Besiege, EA Sports NHL 22, Loot River, Pikuniku, and Ravenlok. Notably, EA Sports NHL 22 is exclusive to console and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers. The other five were available across all subscription tiers except Xbox Game Pass Core.

Departing Xbox Game Pass Games on April 30

Subscribers still have time to complete some of these titles before they vanish. According to How Long To Beat, Pikuniku is the shortest game, needing just three hours to finish. This game has been available on Xbox Game Pass since March 2020. Loot River and Ravenlok are also relatively short, making them good choices for achievement hunters. Besiege, a medieval city builder, can be completed in a day, although defining its completion is more subjective due to its sandbox nature.

Despite losing twelve games this month, Xbox Game Pass has had a positive net gain with the addition of 17 new titles, including Have a Nice Death arriving on April 30.
