Achieving Artisan First Aid in SoD

To reach a skill level of 300 in First Aid, players must complete the Triage quest at 225 skill, which grants access to Artisan First Aid. The quest difficulty is consistent for both factions, Horde and Alliance.

During this quest, players must triage and heal dying friendly NPC patients. Success in the quest is facilitated by using a 3rd person camera angle and promptly turning it in upon saving 15 patients. Failing to save any of the required 15 patients will result in quest failure.

  • Prioritize patient triage in the following order: Critically Injured Soldiers first, followed by Badly Injured, then Injured Soldiers.

Triage Quest Overview: Greetings, healer. Today, you will be evaluated on your ability to prioritize patient triage effectively. Your success will lead you to join the esteemed ranks of Alliance Trauma. Remember, attend to critically injured patients first, followed by the badly injured, and finally the injured. Saving 15 patients is crucial for passing. Failing to save 6 patients during triage will result in failure. Best of luck, healer.

Horde

Visit Hammerfall in Arathi Highlands and speak with Doctor Gregory Victor in town. Upon meeting the skill and level requirements, you can accept the Triage quest.

Alliance

Head to Theramore Isle in Dustwallow Marsh and locate Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen. Meeting the skill and level prerequisites will enable you to accept the Triage quest.

Upon completing the quest, you can progress to level First Aid up to 300, gaining access to the most potent bandages in the game.
