Currently, the private match feature in The Finals Season 2 supports two familiar modes: Quick Cash and Bank It. While these modes have been around since the game's inception, players should note that the new 5v5 mode, Power Shift, isn't available for private matches yet. Additionally, private match gameplay won't contribute to XP or level progression, so it won't impact your performance in ranked tournaments within The Finals.
Player Limitations in Private Matches
At present, a private match in The Finals Season 2 can accommodate up to 12 players, with the option to commence with just six if necessary.
Team composition in standard three-person squads follows a specific system in private matches. If all participants are solo, teams are assembled based on the order of entry. Conversely, if a player is part of a pre-existing three-person squad upon joining a private match in The Finals Season 2, the entire squad is transferred, forming the lineup for both the lobby and ensuing match.
