Actions like successful parries and attacks contribute to filling the smaller squares, while the larger squares activate Beta Skills.
Perfect parries are particularly effective in charging Beta Energy, typically filling two small squares. While landing attacks also generate Beta Energy, it requires multiple hits to fill even a single small square. Accumulated Beta Energy persists until used but cannot exceed Eve's maximum capacity.
