Exploring Sand Land offers various side quests that allow you to welcome new permanent residents to Spino. Among these residents are the Tinkering Siblings, Stan and Ves.
Stan and Ves, known for their craftsmanship, grant you access to the Spino Workshop. However, in Sand Land, you can only recruit one of them. Understanding how to recruit them and deciding between the two is crucial to unlocking this feature swiftly.
Recruiting Stan or Ves in Sand Land
To enlist Stan or Ves in Spino in Sand Land, you must complete the Tinkering Siblings side quest. Before starting this quest, specific objectives need completion to trigger the quest from Mayor Tor in Spino. The prerequisites for the Tinkering Siblings quest include:

After fulfilling these requirements, return to Spino and speak to Mayor Tor. He will assign a quest sending you to Talbo. The Raptor Cave is a prime location for acquiring these scales, marked on the map below for reference.
Upon obtaining the Puraptor Scales, return to Talbo, showcase the scales to Stan, then meet Ves to hand over the remaining scales. Decide which sibling to make a permanent resident of Spino after both creations are completed.
