Recently, Athena donned the Zariel tiefling attire for her highly anticipated title bout at a major PPV in Philadelphia, USA.

On April 5, ROH Women's Champion Athena paid tribute to the Baldur's Gate 3 character Karlach at the Supercard of Honor PPV. Her entrance featured ring attire reminiscent of Karlach, complete with the character's horns and iconic axe.
