To rescue the Dashing Thief Sparkla, players must venture through four doors, unlocking a lock within each room. By following this strategy, players can progressively gather all Sparkle Gems in this stage in any sequence. Here's how you can acquire the five Sparkle Gems in The Dark Prison & the Dangerous Trap:

Sparkle Gem 1

To locate the first Sparkle Gem, enter through the upper-left door. Within this area, players will encounter rotating platforms where they must gather the eight Sparkle Gem fragments, including two hidden on a platform high above.

Sparkle Gem 2

Access the second Sparkle Gem by entering through the bottom-left door leading to a secret underground area. To reach the gem, players need to activate a switch, use the hookshot, slide down a pipe, and pose on top of a metal floor tile.

Ascending to the top in the secret area using hooks reveals the Sparkle Gem. Afterward, players should activate the switch, return through the door, and progress to the next area.
