You can find the Tic-Tac-Toe Puzzle in the southeast section of Sunken Harbor, in a dead-end opening above the Pit of Eternal Sands and below the route to the Raging Sea. Look for a wooden grid decorated with three circles and cross symbols in this area. If you have the Prosperity Bird, its loud singing will guide you closer to the puzzle, and it will indicate the treasure's location once you find it.

Solving the Tic-Tac-Toe Puzzle

Aim your Chakram at the first empty slot in the upper left corner. To solve the puzzle, you need to create a sequence of three circles in the top row using your Chakram. Simply target the leftmost corner and shoot your projectile to unlock a hidden chest containing one of the area's treasures. Equipping the King Jamshid Amulet can help you locate the puzzle if you're having trouble finding it.

Successfully solving the Tic-Tac-Toe Puzzle will reward you with an Amulet Holder, allowing you to carry additional Amulets and enhance your abilities. This treasure also contributes to the total collectibles of the Sunken Harbor region, aiding you in achieving a 100% completion status for the area.
