Exploring the world of Palworld requires obtaining Ancient Technology Points, crucial for unlocking crafting recipes and special items.

While defeating Alpha bosses is a common method to acquire these points, another avenue is through the Ancient Technical Manual. Understanding how to procure these manuals can significantly benefit your gameplay.

Acquiring Ancient Technical Manuals in Palworld

In Palworld, certain high-level items can only be unlocked using Ancient Technology Points. As these items are valuable additions to your inventory, ensuring a steady supply of these points is essential.

Initially, defeating or capturing Alpha bosses was the sole method to gain Ancient Technology Points. However, the introduction of Raids brought new opportunities to acquire key items, including the coveted Ancient Technical Manual.

To engage in Raid battles and potentially secure Ancient Technical Manuals in Palworld, constructing a Summoning Altar is necessary. The blueprint for this structure can be obtained from the Technology Points menu once you reach a player level of 33. Building the altar requires specific materials and ample space within your Base terrains.

Recipe for Summoning Altar

  • Stone x100
  • Paldium Fragment x20

With the Summoning Altar in place, you can initiate Raid battles by collecting at least 4x Slab Fragments of the same type from dungeons. These fragments are potential rewards found in purple chests.

Once you have the required Slab Fragments, utilize the Production Assembly Line II to consolidate them into a single Slab. This Slab, combined with the Summoning Altar, triggers Raid battles. Remember, the altar will break after each battle, so stockpiling extra materials is wise for continuous battles.
