Despite early reception by some fortunate PC gamers, the RTX 4080 SUPER lacked driver support, rendering it essentially an expensive desk ornament. With its official release, enthusiasts have rigorously tested the graphics card, comparing it against the standard model and the high-powered 4090.
Both the RTX 4080 SUPER and its reviews are now available. The new model is only 3-5% faster than the standard 4080, but it comes at a $200 lower price. However, potential buyers are aware that RTX 4080 prices can exceed the $1,199 MSRP.
