Hearthstone has unveiled the Zilliax Deluxe 3000, a legendary card that enables players to craft their minion upon adding it to their decks. This revolutionary minion amalgamates 28 cards into one, marking a milestone in the realm of Hearthstone cards.

The Year of the Pegasus ushers in significant changes for Hearthstone, including a revamped Core Set and the introduction of the innovative Whizbang's Workshop expansion. As Hearthstone celebrates its tenth anniversary in 2024, Blizzard is intertwining nostalgic elements and fresh mechanics to push the boundaries of the game.

Zilliax Deluxe 3000, a novel neutral Legendary minion featured in Whizbang's Workshop, diverges from conventional minions by lacking predetermined stats, cost, or keywords. Upon inclusion in decks, players can select two out of eight distinct modules to define the minion's characteristics and abilities, making it adaptable to any deck. Additionally, players have the liberty to choose from eight artwork options, resulting in a staggering 224 potential variations for Zilliax Deluxe 3000.

Cora Georgiou, Hearthstone's senior game designer and lead in the initial design, shared insights on the creation process of this groundbreaking card via her personal Twitter account. Inspired by the toy shop theme of Whizbang's Workshop, the developers aimed to empower players to become designers themselves. While fans had a taste of this freedom with cards like Kazakus and Ignis, Zilliax Deluxe 3000 leveraged the sideboard technology from E.T.C., Band Manager to introduce Hearthstone's most ambitious card to date.
