LEGO Fortnite introduced vehicles in its Mechanical Mayhem update, offering players a new way to explore biomes. Crafting custom vehicles or using pre-built cars is now possible using resources from the Toys section.

A crucial part of vehicle crafting in LEGO Fortnite is the Driver’s Seat, which acts as the steering wheel for players to navigate different terrains. Let’s dive into how you can craft and utilize a Driver’s Seat in the game.

Crafting Different Driver’s Seats

There are three variations of Driver’s Seats in LEGO Fortnite, each requiring specific resources:

Planks are made by providing Wood to the Lumber Mill, while Granite is obtained by collecting rocks in the Grassland Biome. To acquire Cord, players must feed the Spinning Wheel with 5 Vines, producing a single piece of Cord.

Players might need to create other materials first to obtain resources like Planks. For example, getting the Lumber Mill requires 8 Wood and 15 Granite. Similarly, acquiring the Spinning Wheel involves collecting 5 Wooden Rods, 8 Planks, 5 Wolf Claws, and 5 Wood.

While the resource gathering process may seem daunting, exploring different biomes in LEGO Fortnite makes it relatively easy. Once you have the necessary materials, follow these steps to craft a Driver’s Seat:

  • Access the Build Menu
  • Navigate to the Toys tab
  • Select the Controls section
  • Choose the small, medium, or large Driver’s Seat based on your car's size and style
  • Position the Driver’s Seat in your vehicle

Aside from the Driver’s Seat, players can also create Passenger Seats to transport villagers and friends in their vehicles.
