Tentatively announced back in January 2021, MachineGames' Indiana Jones game finally has a title, some gameplay footage, and even a general release window. Now officially named Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, MachineGames' action/adventure title will put players into the travel-worn boots of the titular professor-by-day, adventurer-by-night as he searches the globe for answers to a major mystery surrounding the Seven Wonders of the World.
Clearly taking all of its past video game experiences into account, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle looks like a MachineGames title through and through, putting players into a first-person perspective as they shoot, punch, and of course, whip Nazis to their brutal doom. While only a brief gameplay trailer was revealed at the recent Xbox Developer Direct, the accompanying commentary from the game's developers clearly showed just how much passion MachineGames has for the Indiana Jones license, and its spot on the franchise timeline paves the way for some interesting opportunities.
