Honkai: Star Rail is set to unveil various user experience upgrades to streamline gameplay for its dedicated fans. The impending release of version 2.2 promises a host of exciting features aimed at enhancing the overall gaming experience. Among the highlights are the introduction of two new characters, Boothill and Robin, scheduled to debut on May 8.

Every month, Honkai: Star Rail introduces fresh content to keep players engaged and entertained. These updates not only bring new characters and events but also focus on enhancing the game's core mechanics for a more immersive experience. Additionally, players can look forward to receiving Special Rail Passes in each update, aiding them in acquiring their favored units from limited-time banners.

Prior to the official launch of version 2.2, Honkai: Star Rail teased several user experience improvements that will be part of the forthcoming update. The Trailblazer Profile will now showcase a player's recent achievements and challenges to friends. An innovative social feature will enable players to view their friends' lineups in Pure Fiction and Forgotten Hall within Honkai: Star Rail. Furthermore, Trailblazers will have access to a 'Lineup Overview' feature when managing their teams in the new version.

The updated Recommended Relics page will offer a filtering option, while the Enhancement Result interface will present 'Lock' and 'Discard' choices. A feature for suggesting Trace upgrades will be integrated into the Traces screen. Players will also have the option to mark their frequently used characters in the 'Character Details' section.

Aside from these enhancements, Honkai: Star Rail's upcoming update will introduce a lineup of banner characters, including Robin, Boothill, Topaz, and Fu Xuan. Robin and Topaz are expected to debut in the initial phase, with Boothill and Fu Xuan following in the subsequent phase.
