Cygames has unveiled the latest content arriving in updates 1.2.0 and 1.3.0 of Granblue Fantasy: Relink. Alongside introducing two fresh characters to the diverse lineup of Granblue Fantasy: Relink, the updates encompass enhancements for existing characters, bug rectifications, and additional quests.

Granblue Fantasy: Relink marked Cygames' venture into consoles and PCs. While Granblue Fantasy is a well-known Japanese mobile and web browser RPG, playing it in English is also an option. Despite prior expansions of its IP into games like Granblue Fantasy: Versus, it was through Granblue Fantasy: Relink that the developer unveiled the expansive and magical world it had cultivated over the years. The game achieved remarkable success, with sales reaching 1 million units just 11 days after its launch.

Shortly after the game's release, Cygames shared a roadmap for Granblue Fantasy: Relink, with updates now rolling out. In an official announcement, the developer detailed all the fresh content in updates 1.2.0 and 1.3.0, scheduled for release on April 26th and in May, respectively. The standout feature of update 1.2.0 is the inclusion of Seofon and Tweyen as two new playable characters. To acquire both, players must obtain crewmate cards within Granblue Fantasy: Relink, available in the new quests.

Multiple characters will receive boosts in this update, amplifying the Damage Cap of various abilities. A total of 15 characters will benefit, with particular focus given to Id and his draconic skills.

Update 1.3.0 of Granblue Fantasy: Relink is set for May, introducing Sandalphon as a playable character. Initially appearing as an NPC in update 1.1.0, aiding players against Lucilius, this update will include new Proud-difficulty quests, additional sigils, and extra side quests. A novel feature named Sigil Synthesis will debut, allowing players to merge sigils for customized traits, putting those accumulated sigils in Granblue Fantasy: Relink to good use.

Update 1.2.0 will be available on April 26th for Granblue Fantasy: Relink, while update 1.3.0 is slated for May with a precise date pending. Most of the new content targets endgame players, encouraging them to master their top characters in Granblue Fantasy: Relink to tackle the challenges of the Proud difficulty level.
