  • Exploring the Intriguing History of Petrichor

Upon reaching the vast island of Petrichor in Genshin Impact, players might initially underestimate its size. However, as they delve into the main quest and encounter a peculiar feline friend, they'll discover the true expanse of Petrichor.

Unbeknownst to many, Petrichor conceals two remarkable areas - the enigmatic Faded Castle and the legendary Remuria. Before adventurers can explore these locales fully, they must undertake the quests in the Canticles of Harmony series. One of these tasks involves obtaining the Blank Score in the Underwater Nocturne quest within Genshin Impact.

Deciphering the Blank Score Puzzle

To acquire the Blank Score in Genshin Impact, players must manipulate the Autoharmonic Reed Pipes to align the soundboard correctly. By utilizing The Might of the Ancient Symphony and switching the character's Skill to activate the special music ability, players can adjust the soundboard. Mobile users can simply tap a button, while PC players can press T.

Once engaged with the Ancient Symphony, players should hold the Skill button (E) to shift the slider to the accurate musical note displayed on the wall behind the Autoharmonic Reed Pipe. The first instrument should point to the middle note, while the second pipe must align with the third note in the melody.

Unveiling the Mysteries of Petrichor

Throughout their adventures in Teyvat, players encounter a diverse array of individuals, ranging from government officials and scholars to artists and Archons. One such figure is the researcher and filmmaker, Xavier, who plays a pivotal role in granting access to the Mikage Furnace in the Tatara Tales World Quest.

While initially meeting Xavier in Inazuma, players soon learn of his origins in Fontaine, specifically from the quaint town of Petrichor. In the latest Genshin Impact update, players are granted the chance to explore Petrichor and appreciate its picturesque landscapes.

Despite being a part of Fontaine, Petrichor remains secluded from the mainland, its waters shrouded in mystery. Delving into the town's history reveals a hidden civilization beneath its serene exterior. Remnants of this ancient society, including ruins and stone statues linked to Remuria, the civilization of the previous Hydro Archon, Egeria, hint at a rich past crafted by the God King, Remus.
