Unlocking Where There's a Will Quest

Before diving into the Where There's a Will quest, players need to complete the Back to Their Origin main quest and finish the Phoenix, Heal Thyself side quest. This side quest is initiated by speaking with Jote at the Hideaway's Infirmary. The quest revolves around obtaining three stonawort near Rosaria's aqueducts. Once Phoenix, Heal Thyself is completed, players can start Where There's a Will by talking to Joshua, positioned at the top of the stairs connecting the Boarding Deck to the Main Deck.
