Highlights

  • Call of Duty: Warzone's latest update tweaks the RAM-9 and HRM-9 SMGs, refines the Gulag, and more.
  • Modern Warfare 3 also receives an update enhancing Juggernauts, fixing bugs, and improving the Aegis Imperialis Riot Shield blueprint.
  • Warzone Mobile's upcoming launch event offers rewards, and existing Call of Duty battle pass holders will receive the pass for the mobile game.

An update on March 19 for Call of Duty: Warzone has fine-tuned two SMGs, the RAM-9 and HRM-9. The latest changes also affect the Gulag experience and more in Call of Duty: Warzone.

The approaching release of Warzone Mobile on March 21 has kept players eager. Activision recently outlined Operation: Day Zero for Warzone Mobile, providing a chance to earn unique rewards through challenges. However, the event's name might cause confusion as it starts a day after the game's release. Furthermore, players with the latest Call of Duty battle pass will automatically unlock it in Warzone Mobile, granting exclusive rewards specific to the mobile version.

In the core Warzone game, the update tweaked the RAM-9 by lowering its near-mid damage from 27 to 24 and mid damage from 24 to 22. The HRM-9 now has a reduced max damage range from 12.95 meters to 11.30 meters. These adjustments aim to balance the weapons for non-close-range combat. Additionally, the update removed the Night Vision Gulag event, a rare occurrence, and replaced all laser attachments in Gulag loadouts. The Soulrender melee weapon also received an improvement, eliminating a delay after equipment swaps or throws.

Other additions in the Warzone update include fixes for a final elimination killcam issue and a bug at Fortune Keep's Research Vessel POI where unmanned vehicles could eliminate players. Meanwhile, Modern Warfare 3 players also saw a new update.

Released simultaneously on March 19, the patch for Sledgehammer's game altered the limited-time Juggermosh mode introduced in the previous update. Juggernauts in this mode are now vulnerable to stun grenades, flash grenades, and shock sticks, and being in water no longer disables weapons. The update also resolved various bugs and mirrored the Soulrender improvement seen in the Warzone update.

Moreover, Modern Warfare 3's patch modified the Aegis Imperialis Riot Shield blueprint by enhancing visibility through its glass. This blueprint, part of a premium bundle, offers a unique Riot Shield experience at 3000 COD Points.
