The initial launch timeline for Baldur's Gate 3 Deluxe Edition copies was slated for the first quarter of 2024, which had already been pushed back due to previous delays.

In February 2023, Larian unveiled plans for the Baldur's Gate 3 Deluxe Edition, available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X (excluding Series S, which lacks a disc drive), and PC. This edition includes the physical game copy and exclusive merchandise. After the first delay wave, Larian announced that shipments would commence between April and May, expressing regret to customers via their official Twitter handle.
